We keep a record of the date and time you last sent an email survey to your contact list stored on SightMill. To view this information:

1. open your Project and the Settings menu, then click on the Email Data list menu. 2. The list of contacts stored is displayed on the right hand side. Scroll or filter to find the contact and you will see their information including the date and time you last sent them a survey.

Note that if a contact has unsubscribed (‘N’ in the Subscribe column) then they will not be sent any new surveys so the date and time will show the last survey they received before unsubscribing.
