What are Email surveys?

Email-based surveys let you send a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey by email to a group of contacts. You can use SightMill to send the email surveys or you can embed the surveys into your third-party email system (for example, HubSpot, etc). Most customers use SightMill and you decide the schedule and personalise the email, then SightMill manages the rest.
