SightMill: which of my email contacts have unsubscribed?

How can I see which of my email contacts have unsubscribed?

We keep a record of which contacts have chosen to unsubscribe to your surveys.


SightMill will not send to these contacts again (unless you create a new list and upload their contact details again).

To view which contacts have unsubscribed:

1. open your Project and the Settings menu, then click on the Email Data list menu.

2. The list of contacts stored is displayed on the right hand side. Scroll or filter to find the contact and you will see in the ‘Subscribe’ column a ‘Y’ if they are still subscribed and so will receive surveys or a ‘N’ if they have unsubscribed and are no longer receiving surveys.
