How can I resend an email survey to contacts who have not responded?
We provide a feature to allow you to resend surveys to any
contacts in a list that have not yet responded to the survey, here's how:
1. open
the Settings section of your Project and click on the Resend Email Survey menu
option.
2. You will see a list of the recent scheduled broadcasts for
your surveys; for each broadcast you will see the date you sent out the survey
and the number of contacts who have not yet responded to the survey.
3. Click on
the Details button on the right to view the details of the contacts who have
not yet responded.
4. To resend the survey to these contacts, click the Resend
button.
